Dom, Indigo,

How about an update on RoM? How are things going with OTG? What has kept you playing?

Just checking in, no plans to return, but I'd like to hear your story...

Dom, can tell you more about the changes than I can.

I played to level 50, and started working on gear, joined up with OTG, they seemed quite nice, Dom and Moonwisp followed shortly thereafter.

A bit after that I got swamped with RL, and as mentioned in other threads got sucked into other games.

Regarding RoM as that was your question Smile. I've followed the forums and the class balance they said they were going to do pre expansion never has happened. It seems most classes are exactly where they were as near as I can tell (I went through a couple months of patch notes). This was very disappointing, and kind of stole my desire to log in.
Though I still plan to at some point.

Dom can add more but I think he is really enjoying the expansion and OTG.

Sorry I didn't see the post early...but for a long time now I've not scrolled down beyond the Great Hall. Mostly just checking The Docks, The Warehouse, and the Great Hall.

I've gone from playing RoM 5 ot 7 nights a week to maybe twice per week. This is not because I've lost interest in the game, but because I'm having a blast playing Dragon's Age - Origins. DA-O is a single player game, and I've not enjoyed one of those in around a decade.

OTG is doing well...when I currently log on there are anywhere from 4 to 12 other members on. There is a core of around 3 or 4 very very active players that are almost always up for an instance run or such. The players in OTG are very much like those here...respectful, mature, and very friendly, with the greatest distinction being OTG does not Role Play.

OTG has a very well developed Guild Castle (level 9 or 10, not sure, but lots of perks). They have an active Vent Chat group, and an active forum. They have stated in a monthly Leaders report that their membership is over 3000, and I believe they have a huge membership in DDO...but I've never played that so can't say for sure.

Once I get tired of DA-O I know I'll go back to RoM more full time.

Just wanted to add that I'm following closely the discussion on the future of HA. Should it be decided that there is a single game to be focused on, you may see me in that game...depending on what it is of course. ( I liked our Ariana's description of getting all HA to agree on a single game is like herding cats. Very Happy )

Should I ever try DDO I'll be sure to let you know.
